How are the citations issued?
oA Los Alamitos Police Officer will review each citation before it is issued.  oTickets are mailed to the vehicle owner only in cases where it’s clear the vehicle ran the red light and the driver’s gender matches that of the registered owner or a licensed driver in their household.
